CPC認證管控產品范圍
兒童產品（為12歲或以下兒童設計、或者12歲或以下作為主要使用者的消費品），
例如：兒童玩具、兒童服裝、兒童學習用品等；
CPC是基于CPSC測試報告的結論而制作的類似CE的封面概括，就是一紙合格。
CPC相關內容：CPSC:Consumer Product Safety Commission， 消費品安全會；CPSIA:Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act， 消費品安全改進法案；

兒童產品（Children’s Product Certificate，CPC）
　　CPC和支持的測試報告必須是英文版本。

1、2008年8月14日生效Title I- Children’s Product Safety第I章-兒童產品安全
Sec.101.Children’s products containing lead, lead paint rule兒童產品含鉛，油漆含鉛條例（101節）
2、Sec.102.Mandatory third party testing for certain children’s product.某些兒童產品需強制通過第三方測試（102節）
3、Sec.103.Tracking labels for children’s products.兒童產品追蹤標簽（103節）
4、Sec.104.Standards and consumer registration of durable nursery products.耐用嬰兒產品標準及消費者登記（104節）
5、Sec.105.Labeling requirement for advertising toys and games.玩具和游戲廣告的標簽要求（105節）
6、Sec.106.Mandatory of toy safety standards.強制玩具安全標準（106節）

1.包括產品名稱和描述
2.包含制造商的名稱
3.包括生產產品的日期和地點
4.包括測試產品的日期和地點
5.包括進行測試的實驗室的名稱，
6.包括產品經過認證的消費品安全法規清單
